Between us, that's more than nine years of owning and running businesses, deep roots in our local business community, and years inside the insurance world. We know what it feels like to want to take great care of your people and watch it get harder every year, and we know how the traditional system works from the inside. We're grateful for what it taught us, and it's exactly why this new way of doing things clicked for us so fast.
